Our Team

Ella qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and has specialised in private client work since 2005. She worked at a number of Nottinghamshire law firms before establishing her own practice in 2018 — starting out at her dining room table with her baby daughter Francesca not yet one.

Ella believes legal services can be delivered in a kinder, better way, and that the small boutique law firm still has its place in the modern legal landscape — because people deal best with people. She's passionate about giving clients the best possible advice in an efficient, holistic and genuinely enjoyable way.

Outside of work, Ella is kept busy by her husband Stuart and children Sebastian and Francesca — and a lot of Nottingham Forest matches. She's a keen, self-confessed plant-obsessed gardener, enjoys yoga, and has a longstanding interest in politics, having appeared on BBC Question Time in February 2024.

Kelly is a Paralegal with the firm, and soon to be a trainee Lawyer. She previously worked as a Conveyancer and Family Assistant at a local firm, where she met Ella, and returned to the law after twelve years to qualify as a specialist Private Client Legal Executive Lawyer with CILEX — a qualification the firm is supporting her through.

Kelly is personable and caring, always going the extra mile for clients — including taking her client-facing fluffy slippers along on home visits. She supports Ella with her clients while steadily building her own caseload, strengthening the firm's ability to look after the people it works with.

Outside of work, Kelly loves 1950s vintage clothing and home interiors, and spends her time with her husband Lee and their two children, Jessica and Jack.

Andrew is a Consultant Solicitor with the firm. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and has extensive experience in Inheritance Tax, Wills and Trust advice, having previously been the partner in charge of a large private client department at a mid-size regional firm.

Andrew bolsters the firm with his experience and business acumen, and is extremely down to earth, with excellent client care at the heart of everything he does.

Hannah is a Consultant Solicitor with the firm. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and has worked at a number of prestigious firms across Nottingham and Derby, specialising in private client work throughout.

Hannah has extensive experience in the Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney and Wills and Trust advice. She's exceptionally personable, with strong local ties to Nottingham, and is a great addition to the team.
